Traffic between you and ZONIQX is encrypted with TLS. Data stored by the platform is encrypted at rest, and secrets are held in managed vaults — never in code or configuration files.
The platform is built for mandatory multi-factor authentication, so access to your business's money is never one guessed password away.
We collect what operating the platform requires and no more. Less data held is less data at risk — a principle, not a slogan.
The right people, the right actions, nothing more
Most financial losses inside a business aren't exotic attacks — they're too much access in too many hands. ZONIQX is structured so authority is explicit, divided, and recorded.
- Role-based access control: each person sees and does what their role allows
- Maker–checker approvals: high-risk actions require a second person by design
- Configurable thresholds so oversight scales with the size of the payment
- Access changes are themselves audited events
The person who requests a payment is not the person who releases it.
Every sensitive action is recorded immutably — who, what, when — and cannot be silently rewritten.
Our own systems and staff operate on least-privilege access, with production access tightly restricted.
Platform activity is monitored so unusual behavior is surfaced and investigated.

ZONIQX is built on regulated financial infrastructure partners, and our engineering practice treats every money-moving code path as safety-critical: reviewed, tested, and observable. We publish what we do — not badges we haven't earned — and program details will be disclosed as they are finalized.
Responsible disclosure
If you believe you've found a security vulnerability in a ZONIQX property, we want to hear from you before anyone else does. Report it to security@zoniqxglobal.com with enough detail to reproduce the issue. We ask that you give us reasonable time to investigate and remediate before public disclosure, and we commit to taking every good-faith report seriously.
